About Ozdere
The village Özdere was known as an “original fishing-village without mass-tourism in a romantic Bay in the Aegean Sea” many years ago. Since about 10 years it can be added to this statement that Özdere turned into a village that is also for tourists .
Nowadays Özdere is a tourist place with a good infrastructure and a mild climate during the whole year. There are a little less than 9000 inhabitants. The village is very suitable for families with children, because there are nice sandy beaches and enough peace and quiet.
Large mandarin plantations, land with forests and rough nature characterize this nice holiday resort that lies between Çesme and Kusadasi at the south-west of the metropolis .
